Terms of Service

Effective: 2026-09-04 Operator: X80 Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) — "we", "us" Service: the MyAPI platform at myapihq.com, its APIs at api.myapihq.com and its MCP server — "the Service"

By creating an account, using an API key, or connecting an agent to the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts and keys

• The Service is accessed with API keys and connections issued by us. You are responsible for every action taken with a key or connection issued to your account.
• Keep keys secret. Revoke a key immediately if it is exposed. A connection you no longer want can be limited or revoked from your account at any time.
• We may suspend a key or connection if its use violates these Terms or threatens the Service.

2. What the Service does on your behalf

The Service registers domains, publishes sites, sends and receives email, takes payments, signs in your users, stores data and runs code on your instruction. An instruction given through an API key or a connected agent is your instruction. You are responsible for what you publish, send, charge and run, and for having the right to do so.

3. Acceptable use

• No unsolicited bulk email. Email sent through the Service must go to people who expect it, carry a working unsubscribe, and stop when asked.
• No content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful. No malware, phishing, or impersonation.
• No use that attacks, probes or overloads the Service or third parties.
• We may remove content or stop a workload that breaks these rules, and will tell you when we do.

4. Billing

• The Service is prepaid. Usage is charged against your balance at the published rates at the time of use, per call.
• Spend caps you set on keys and connections are limits we enforce; they are not a promise that a cap can never be reached.
• Third-party costs we pass through (for example domain registration) are charged when incurred and are non-refundable once the third party has acted.
• Disputes about charges must be raised within 60 days of the charge.

5. Your content and data

You retain all rights in the content, data and code you submit and in what the Service produces for you. We process them only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not train models on your data.

6. Availability and changes

• We aim to keep the Service available and will announce planned maintenance where possible, but the Service is provided as is without a warranty of uninterrupted operation.
• Published API versions are kept available for at least six months after a breaking change is announced.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to your use of the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in that period, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

8. Indemnity

You will indemnify us for third-party claims arising from content you publish or send, payments you take, or code you run through the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or where required by law.
• You may close your account at any time. Outstanding charges remain due. Domains registered for you remain yours; we will help you transfer them.

10. Changes to these Terms

We will notify customers of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
